Meeting you where you are
For the past thirteen years I have worked with clients spanning the spectrum of races, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, abilities and ethnicities, without judgment. I bring heart, sincerity and humility to my work and have a track record of exceptional retention with my clients, as I'm able to meet clients where they're at, as we collaboratively chart a path forward.

Anxiety
In my experience, anxiety tends to be less about "figuring out what's making you anxious" and more about building inner capacity to tolerate uncertainty and change. I have worked successfully with countless clients over the years to address the process of tending to inner cues of fear or worry with more curiosity and discernment.

Life transitions
Whether or not it is obvious in a given moment, life is always in transition and flux, as we grow within ourselves and towards or away from the relationships, jobs, places and experiences that we may have identified with more or less strongly at one time or another. I find it endlessly fascinating to explore and support my clients' exploration of their own shifting tides of relatedness as they navigate inevitable change in their lives, always moving towards new horizons and inevitably letting go of others in more or less subtle ways.

Men's issues
I am a male-identified therapist with a deep commitment to authenticity. I see my own and my clients' process of self-discovery as a spiritual practice, meaning a humbling, at times ego-defying process of stripping away adaptive patterns of being in the world to see what's really true underneath conditioned habits. In learning to do this inner accounting, you'll grieve what no longer serves you and awaken slowly but surely to the fullness of who you really are.
